Chaos Tsai Joins EastLong as IP Counsel

We are delighted to announce that Chaos Tsai has joined EastLong as a senior IP counsel on May 1, 2016.

Chaos Tsai specializes in electrical and mechanical arts and has particular expertise in patent prosecution, patent analysis/seearch and optimising patent portfolio for enforcement.

Before joining us, Chaos worked as a consultant with ScienBiziP Consulting for years. Mr. Tsai obtained his B.S and M.S. degrees from a top-tier university in the greater China region and has passed the Chinese Patent Bar.
